Experience

Wil Stunkel, has over twenty years of experience in areas of accounting, tax planning, payroll and financial literacy.  Wil works with clients in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, construction, restaurants, professional services, non-profit organizations, home healthcare, and others. He helps business owners structure compensation for themselves as well as for business employees to ensure the most efficient tax treatment. He specializes in working with small business owners to give them the attention and analysis they want while helping them increase their income.

Wil is the director of Holsinger’s Business Solutions (“HBS”) group.  He brings the benefits of working with hundreds of different businesses to his clients, helping them improve their businesses and providing tailor tax strategies for them. He helps clients streamline their operational expenses and tax strategies leading to annual savings for his clients.  Often through his help, the annual savings balance out the costs of accounting services, leading to services being essentially free .  In his career Wil has helped his clients save over $1 million in various expenses and taxes.

Prior to joining Holsinger, Wil owned his own practice for 8 years. Prior to his time running his solo practice, Wil spent a combined six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a regional accounting firm.

Wil resides in Pittsburgh with his wife, Lara, and three children, Gimbo, Lucas, and Maggie.
