Karen Urban, CPA

Experience

Karen Urban joined the Holsinger team in November 2022.  She is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting for privately owned for-profit clients in a variety of industries, as well as non-profit and governmental organizations.

Professional and Community Development

Karen is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).  Karen volunteers as treasurer for the Shaler Area Middle School PTO and her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.  She also enjoys volunteering in the schools where her children attend.

Personal

Karen resides in Shaler with her husband, Matt, and two children, Ryan and Emily.  She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids play baseball, softball, and basketball.
