Yes, each account can designate a client representative in addition to the taxpayer and spouse having access.
The Client Collaboration mobile app has the ability to take high-quality “scans” of documents right on your phone. You can take pictures and upload documents as they’re received.
Yes. A mobile app is available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Client Collaboration is best supported by Google Chrome.

To Begin using Client Collaboration, you must first register your user ID and log in.
Uploading Documents
Easily upload tax documents for your preparer to view. Only upload a document once.
(Note: It is important the documents you upload are not password protected)
Completeting the Organizer
Answering our organizer allows us to better serve your tax needs.
Messaging Your Tax Professional
The built-in messaging feature on CCH is a convenient way to contact us any time of day.
You can also add Quick Notes to clarify or add information.
Send To My Accountant
Hitting the “Send to my Accountant” button alerts our professionals that your taxes are ready for preparation.

Pay Your Invoice
You can view and pay your Holsinger invoices from right inside the Client Collaboration Hub.
