Senior Associate, Audit & Assurance Services responsibilities include organizing and managing client assignments and projects, including the completion of assignments and tasks and project components as well as coaching, advising and directing team members in meeting client and self-development expectations.
Associate, Audit & Assurance Services responsibilities include the preparation and maintenance of client financial reports, examining the financial client document support information, deriving conclusions based
on the reports and making necessary recommendations. Evaluation and analysis of client financial data and verification of general ledger entries are some of the basic functions.
Tax Associates work on a team responsible for preparing individual, business, and trust tax returns. Associates perform a variety of tax-related responsibilities and build a platform of knowledge, strengthen skills in communications and sustain trusted relationships.
At Holsinger, P.C., we believe interns should be introduced to opportunities to gain knowledge in both tax and audit areas while building expertise in general accounting principles. We also support working in teams who are responsible for sharing complex information for learning. Specific programs are created for intern training and engagement to build substantive knowledge. Our entrepreneurial approach and experience are also shared within the intern experience.
